About Us
McGowan-Stauffer, Inc. is an earthwork and drainage contractor from Coraopolis, PA. It was created in 1975 by two civil engineers Phil McGowan and George Stauffer. With their experience and knowledge they can create a quality cost effective job to suit any developer’s needs.
